The inner critic or the critical parent can target our self-esteem, stop us from actualizing our abilities, and prevent the joy of life.
Sometimes you catch yourself being very critical towards yourself. In this episode I discuss this phenomenon, where it comes from and what can be done about it from a Transactional Analysis point of view.
