Jungian Psychology is based in letting life go the way it’s meant to.

For many middle-aged people, they’ve realized that their life has not gone the way they might have planned previously. With this teaching people are learning that it is okay to be divorced, lose your job, or mourn a loss. These things happen, accepting and moving past these events is key to a healthy mind.
